Vision + Goals

Step one

Choose a time period from now. It could be 10 years, 5 years, 1 year or 1 month.

Step TWO

Think about the domains or categories you have for your goals; financial, growth, happiness, etc. You are the master of your goal domain, so pick categories that work for you.

Step THREE

Take a minute, close your eyes (seriously, nobody is watching) and totally situate yourself in that moment. Start with a specific time and place, specific people, and a setting. Scan your senses: lights, temperature, movement of the air, sound, smells. What are you most proud of? Get emotional, personal and specific.

Step FOUR

Open your eyes when you are ready and write out your vision below:

Goals

Step one

Refer to your vision when creating your goals. Pick that same timeframe, so you can set goals powerfully and with intention.

Step TWO

If it works for you, separate your goals by domain. Remember, they can be literal; financial goals, growth goals, organizational goals, or more high level (happiness goals, spiritual goals, or goals based on your values. We’ve provided the space for 6 categories below, but feel free to create goals in as many or as few categories as are relevant to you.

Step THREE

Goals are always set in the present tense, affirmative with an accountability date. For example; ‘I am _______ by ________ (date). Fill in as many goals as you can in the space provided. Real life examples; ‘Our revenue from sales triples by November 2017’, ‘We hire 3 full-time spin instructors by September 2017’, ‘We pay for our whole team to attend our offsite inMaui by December 2017

(Be sure to include by-when dates)
