Caitlin Wharton

Creative director / FOUNDING PARTNER

Caitlin’s days are happily spent as Creative Director at T+T. Her real creative credentials come from endless hours with a paintbrush and a glass of wine (but if you’re into the paper creds then you should know she studied at University of Calgary, Alberta College of Art and Design, and Parsons NYC). When not doing designy things, Caitlin is teaching graphic design at Centennial College or trying to find mountains to hike in Toronto with her cute blind dog Oscar and her cute husband Mike (not blind).

Aislinn Grant

STRATEGY DIRECtoR / FOUNDING PARTNER

Ais has a business brain, a bluesky vision and a penchant for 90s R+B. Bringing her degree from Mount Royal University’s Entrepreneurship program along for the ride, Ais innovates constantly to ensure that all of T+Ts clients are ridiculously happy (and ensures that all of T+T’s bank accounts are ridiculously happy). When she’s not developing business, Ais is playing guitar, laying in savasana, drinking scotch or going to spin class; not all at the same time, but she’s sure tried.

Jadel Baldrey

DESIGN COORDINATOR

Armed with enough organizational skills to orchestrate a space craft liftoff, Jadel is the gal at T+T who keeps shit together. Her hard skills come from her years of experience working at a residential building and interior design firm, her education from Mount Royal University in Business Administration, and her artistic eye. When she’s not coordinating T+T’s design, Jadel can be found at home with a glass of white wine and watercolours… and let’s be honest here, watching reruns of the bachelor/ette.

Madison Newey

graphic designer

Madison leaves her ever expanding plant collection at home to rock her day job at Trout + Taylor's HQ as a graphic designer. Her passion for all-weather biking apparel is only closely won out by her love for creating quirky pun-ridden illustrations. When she's not creating jaw dropping designs, you can find Madison getting lost on her little silver bicycle in the busy streets of Toronto or reaching new literal heights on the bouldering wall. We tried to include a pun in her bio but didn't succeed. Sorry Madison.

Radhika Maheshwari

Graphic Designer

Radhika joins the Trout + Taylor team with an impressive MFA in Design from the School of Visual Arts in NYC. Swathes of education aside, Rad's chief responsibility is to vet murdery shows for watchability for the T+T team. In between designing impossibly adorable illustrations, she can be found travelling the globe or in the midst of a self-imposed 30-day challenge; from yoga #everydamnday to cooking exclusively with mushrooms (the vegetable kind). She will most likely not be found taking public transportation.
